Welcome to Lumora. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1.Who We Are

Lumora is a digital agency specializing in high-end, custom-designed websites and digital experiences. We work with bold brands, entrepreneurs, and businesses ready to elevate their online presence with style, speed, and strategy.

2. Services Provided

Each client engagement begins with a formal proposal or contract that defines:

  • Scope of work

  • Timeline

  • Investment (pricing)

  • Revision terms

  • Deliverables

A signed agreement and initial payment are required before project work begins.

3. Payment Terms

    • Starter and E-commerce packages require full payment (100%) upfront before work begins.

    • Custom Website packages require a 50% deposit to reserve the project slot. The remaining 50% must be paid before delivery.

    • Once any payment is made, it is considered non-refundable unless explicitly agreed in writing.

    • Failure to complete the second payment on a Custom project will delay delivery.

4.Ownership and Intellectual Property

  • Lumora retains ownership of all creative materials, assets, code, and designs until full payment is received.

  • Upon final payment, the client receives the rights to use the final, approved deliverables for their business.

  • Lumora reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio and marketing materials unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

5. Client Responsibilities

Lumora is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website or services. Lumora’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

6. Delivery Timeline & Guarantee 

We are committed to delivering your project within the timeline defined in your proposal:

  • Starter: 3–5 business days

  • Custom: 7–10 business days

  • E-commerce: 7–14 business days

If Lumora fails to meet the delivery timeline due to internal delays (not caused by the client), a partial refund or credit may be offered at Lumora’s discretion.

Delays caused by missing content, late feedback, or unclear communication from the client are not eligible for refund or credit.

7. Changes to Terms

Lumora reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
