LUMORA SERVICE TERMS
Official Hosting Agreement | Lumora
This Web Hosting Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Lumora ("Provider") and the client ("Client"), collectively referred to as the "Parties."
1. Services Provided
Provider agrees to host Client's website under the selected hosting plan. Lumora offers two hosting plans, each designed for different business needs:

Website Customization
Upon subscription payment, Provider agrees to update the demo website with Client's content. This includes:
- Replacing demo text, images, and logos with Client's provided material.
- Adjusting colors and branding according to Client's guidelines.
- Adding or modifying sections as reasonably required to reflect Client's business.
2. Term & Renewal
The Agreement begins on the date of purchase. Hosting services are billed monthly or annually, depending on Client's chosen plan. Services renew automatically unless canceled directly through the billing platform (Stripe Customer Portal).
3. Payments
Client agrees to pay the hosting plan cost in advance, via Stripe or another approved method. All payments are final. No refunds will be issued. If payment is not received by the due date, the Client's website will be suspended immediately and may be permanently deleted after 7 days of non-payment.
4. Ownership
The Client owns the website and domain only while hosting payments are active and up to date. Domains registered through Provider remain the property of Client, provided all outstanding fees are paid. If the Client cancels hosting, Provider will release the domain for transfer to Client's own registrar, provided that Client covers any applicable transfer costs.
5. Client Responsibilities
Client is responsible for all website content (accuracy, legality, compliance). Client agrees not to use hosting for illegal activities, spam, or malware.
6. Provider Responsibilities
Provider ensures uptime guarantee according to the plan. Provider covers domain registration for both monthly and annual plans (standard extensions only). Premium or specialty domains are billed separately. Provider is not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers.
7. Confidentiality & Data
Provider will not sell, share, or disclose Client data to third parties, except when required by law. Client is responsible for the accuracy, legality, and security of the content uploaded.
8. Limitations of Liability
Provider is responsible for keeping Client's website active and operational as described in the selected hosting plan. In the event of downtime or service interruptions, Provider will take immediate action to restore the website and ensure continuity of service.
However, Provider will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as loss of revenue, business opportunities, or reputation, arising from temporary service interruptions. Maximum liability is limited to hosting plan payments made by the Client within the last 3 months.
Provider makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond the scope of the hosting services described in this Agreement.
9. Termination
Client may cancel hosting anytime directly via the Stripe Customer Portal. Provider may terminate immediately if Client breaches this Agreement.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Acceptance
By subscribing and completing payment through Stripe, Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Web Hosting Agreement.
